Meet the Team
Jonny Farr
Owner
Jonny Farr Concrete LLC started in 2021. Jonny has been in the concrete industry since 2009 after completing his time in the Marine Corps. He then joined his good friend that had just created a concrete business near Crandon. This became the foundation (or footings) for his new passion.

Jonny then moved to the Fox Valley in 2013 and started working for a company specializing in stamped and decorative concrete. He worked full- time while also going to UW OSHKOSH to obtain a bachelor’s degree in business. After graduation, he enjoyed a successful sales career, but the passion for concrete never left.
Jonny takes pride in his work and reputation. It's his name that goes on every job, and his creative but perfectionist mindset gets the job done right every time.
Troy and Meghan Gilbert
Troy worked at Pierce for 17 years before taking the plunge into entrepreneurship. He owns a Handyman business, and engages in that work during the winter. Troy is a jack of all trades, his attention to detail and integrity to not cut corners makes him an huge asset to have on the team. Troy's wife, Meghan, manages the finances, invoices, and payments for the business. Her financial knowledge and promptness enhances our team. They have two awesome children: Kellin and Kaydence.
Chad Montgomery
Chad was Jonny’s first employee and his right hand man. Chad was born and raised in Crandon. His tireless work ethic and attention to detail ensures the job is done well every time. Chad is married to Sammy, and they just welcomed a baby boy to the concrete family.
Steve Bastian
Steve has owned his own company for 40 years. He’s been in the concrete industry for 46 years, and is still going strong at the age of 66. Steve is also known as the “Godfather of Concrete.” He teaches Jonny something new everyday. Jonny and Steve trade hours with each other, so there’s a good chance you’ll see him and his expertise on your job.
